Terms of Service

Operator: Guy Levi (the "Operator"), operating the Duskline app. Contact: noumenon.aii@gmail.com. Governing law: State of Florida, United States.

Duskline is a private self-reflection and pattern-awareness tool. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, trauma treatment, or crisis support. Do not use Duskline for emergencies or urgent safety needs.

You own the entries, thoughts, and other content you add to Duskline. You give the Operator only the permission needed to operate, protect, sync, display, export, and delete that content at your direction.

The Operator owns the app, code, design, product names, service structure, and other intellectual property in Duskline. These terms do not transfer that intellectual property to you.

You are responsible for your content, account activity, and decisions you make from reflection content. You agree to indemnify the Operator from claims arising from your content, misuse, breach of these terms, or violation of law.

Acceptable use bans illegal activity, intellectual-property infringement, impersonation, harassment, threats, spam, scams, malware, attempts to bypass security, attempts to access another user's data, and any child sexual abuse or sexual exploitation content. Violations may lead to suspension, termination, deletion of content where allowed, and reporting where legally required.

The Operator may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms, create risk for another person, create legal risk for the Operator, or use the service in a way that harms security or reliability.

Billing, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refund handling are processed through RevenueCat and Stripe or the purchase flow shown at checkout. The Operator does not store full card, bank, or payment credential data. Refund eligibility depends on the billing platform terms and applicable law.

The service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of any kind. The Operator does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, data recovery, clinical benefit, or any particular result.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Operator's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for Duskline in the 12 months before the claim.
