When the day is done

Put the
day down.

A private nightly reflection. Three honest lines, then rest. Your words stay on your phone, encrypted, and belong to no one but you.

Free to use. Private by default. No account needed.

A night, three ways

This is what a night looks like.

Sunday · settledKept the phone across the room and slept. The noise was quieter today.
Wednesday · wiredReplayed the meeting for an hour. I argue with him long after it ends.
Friday · gratefulLaughed at dinner, and was actually there for it.

How it works

Three lines, then rest.

The ritual stays small on purpose: clear your head, keep one lesson, name one focus. Small enough to actually do every night.

i

Clear your head

Name the thing that kept looping today. Getting it onto the page is how it stops taking the room.

ii

Keep one lesson

A single plain line the day taught you. Not a lesson for a book, a lesson for you.

iii

Set tomorrow's focus

One doable thing. Tomorrow opens by asking whether you kept it, then you close it and sleep.

Features

Everything the ritual needs. Nothing it doesn't.

The nightly ritual

Three prompts, most nights. A forgiving rhythm you can actually keep, not another feed to fill.

The Pattern Mirror

Your own words, quoted back with the dates you wrote them. No advice it cannot back up, ever.

Thoughts, any time

Empty your head between rituals. Over time Duskline learns what actually weighs on you.

The 30-night journey

Gentle milestones at 5, 14, and 30 nights, with grace days and no streak to feel guilty about.

An optional coach

A quiet second read from your own words, only when you ask, and never on a hard night.

Private and encrypted

Everything is encrypted on your device. No account required, and nothing is uploaded to a server.

The journey

No streak to protect. Only nights that add up.

Thirty nights, at your pace. Grace days when life gets in the way, small milestones along the way, and on night thirty, a look at how you have actually changed.

Night thirty

By the end, it reads you back.

Built only from your own dated words, a plain, human read of the month, one small next step and nothing more.

30-night deep read · sample

"You named the fear out loud and it shrank more than planning ever did. You held a boundary and it cost less than the silence. The voices still come on the wired nights, but you noticed something true: you are the one listening to the noise, not just the noise."

Questions

Plain answers.

Is Duskline free? +

Yes. The whole ritual, the Pattern Mirror, and Thoughts are free forever. Plus is optional and adds the AI coach and the deeper 30-night reports.

Is my writing private? +

Yes. Your entries are encrypted on your device and are not uploaded to any server. You do not even need an account to use the app.

Is this therapy? +

No. Duskline is a private self-reflection tool, not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, or crisis support. It is a place to close the day, not a clinical service.

Do I need an account? +

No. The core app works fully on your phone with no sign-in. You only make an account if you choose to turn on the optional AI coach.

What happens on a hard night? +

If your words sound unsafe, Duskline shows real support lines, like 988 and Samaritans, on the device instead of any analysis. The coach never runs on a night like that.

Does it work offline? +

Yes. The nightly ritual and Pattern Mirror work with no connection at all. Nothing needs to leave your phone.
